After years in exile, Omer is cautiously optimistic that he will arrive in Canada late in 2022. He has successfully completed all of the medical screening and now awaits an interview with Immigration, Refugee and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
Omer reports that other refugees, like him, have completed the health screening and are waiting for interviews. They are all eager to begin their lives in Canada.
