Omer has shared the best possible news. His application for permanent residence in Canada has finally been approved. Omer tells us that he hopes to be flying to Canada in January! As always, he expresses gratitude to those who donated to his case over the past four years. “Please do convey my regards to all the donors who made my survival possible.”
CFIC will be making a virtual welcome card available for Omer’s donors to sign. Please watch your email for details and think about what you would like to say to welcome him. Once Omer settles in, we will determine whether there is more we can do to celebrate. We are anticipating that his first couple of months in Canada may be quite overwhelming.
