In his last book, Neil Shubin delved into the amazing connections between human anatomy—our hands, our jaws—and the structures in the fish that first took over land 375 million years ago. This group is dedicated to providing a friendly, free-thinking environment in which to discuss books that inspire rewarding conversation on subjects related to science and philosophy. Meetings take place every two months, on the fourth Monday of the month. All meetings will take place at Scallywags Pub, 11 St Clair Ave W, unless otherwise indicated.
