Okanagan – Informal Q&A Seminar with Dr Richard Carrier

Come and ask historian, atheist and blogger, Richard Carrier any question you like! This event is free, but donations are very much appreciated!
Here are some sample questions, for inspiration:
History:
A. Are Christians right when they claim the Christian worldview made modern science possible?
B. How did ancient science differ from modern science?
C. When faced with the claim Jesus didn’t historically exist, how do we tell good arguments from bad?
D. What are some of the most egregiously false claims Christians make about the ancient world in defense of their religion being true?
Philosophy:
A. How do we respond to the latest arguments against atheism?
B. What are some new arguments for atheism?
C. How do we construct a defensible morality without religion?
D. How does Bayesian reasoning work and what benefits would it bring once we learn it?
Movement:
A. What should the future direction of the North American atheist movement be?
B. If it’s not enough to just be an atheist, what else should we be promoting among atheists?
C. How do we resolve the current conflicts in the atheism movement?
D. As up-and-coming participants, how in future can we help make the atheism movement more awesome and useful to fellow atheists and society as a whole?
