Recap
Last time I wrote a comparison of the Hawthorne effect and the placebo and nocebo effects, and didn’t conclude anything terribly firm. Alex B. read the column and saw the reference to his work, which I made, and provided a few biographical details. He also seems to agree with the author. I’m still not convinced, however, that’s for another time.
This time…
It is a time of year that I still associate with vacations, and so I’ve decided to take it easy. But I’ve forgotten how. Can you help? I have these two lists of elements.
List one:
- potassium
- iodine
- nitrogen
- tantalum
- neon
- indium
- phosphorus
- titanium
- oxygen
- rhenium
- germanium
- sulfur
- thulium
- osmium
List two:
- gallium
- erbium
- terbium
- oxygen
- meitnerium
- osmium
- niobium
- thallium
- rhodium
- vanadium
- oganesson
- yttrium
- argon
- einsteinium
- aluminium
- lithium
I think I remember that by mixing up these matters, I can get the material for my relaxation. But I was never taught about what these make together. HELP!
