Through 2019, the indefatigable Dr. Jen Gunter continued to bring to our attention the scamminess of Gwyneth Paltrow’s Goop. But appetites for expensive snake oil seem to be insatiable, and a Goop store was opened in Toronto last summer (as reviewed by a couple of CFIC volunteers). A later visit to the store by Health Canada inspectors resulted in some items being removed as they did not comply with labelling regulations.
