Apostasy! Leaving Islam

Our local member Hashim will be discussing his experience growing up in Iraq and being raised in Islam. Hashim became an ex-Muslim in early 2013 because of underage marriage in Islam. Hashim belonged to the Sunni branch of Islam. He lived in New Baghdad district in Baghdad then moved to Hīt city in Al-Anbar. He arrived in Canada in June 2010.

Hashim will answer our questions, so post below with what you want to know about Islam and his experience (general or very specific questions are fine). Please post early so that Hashim can prepare some answers in advance.
