Centre for Inquiry Canada (CFIC)’s Ottawa branch fosters a secular society based on reason, science, freedom of inquiry, and humanist values. Ottawa has had a CFIC branch since 1990, promoting a secular society through reason, science, skepticism, and humanist ethics, and fostering secular communities.
We host local online Zoom events, including our Secular Community Network’s weekly Secular Chat, a Living Without Religion support group, and a non-fiction book club. As part of CFIC, we offer guest speakers and other activities through the national Virtual Branch and publish the monthly Critical Links newsletter.
Drop into one of our events listed on Meetup. Keep up with us on our Facebook page, or follow us on Mastodon or X. Our username is @cficottawa.
